How do I register?

The registration fee is $50 per family per year. You must register before signing up for classes. This fee covers administrative  costs and setup. Registration is via our website or preprinted form.

What are the payment procedures?
Payment is made prior to enrolling your child in the class. We accept payment via our website for your convenience. Payment is taken via Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cash or Check. If a check is bounced, only Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, Cash or Paypal will be accepted thereafter. If a child misses a class, there will be no credit for the missed session. (There will be no exceptions to these rules.)

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only be made prior to the start date of the class. If a child cannot attend after the first class session, credit will be given for another class. Prorated class sessions will be honored for the following 8 week session once the difference is paid.

What are the pickup procedures & rules?

Parents/guardians must enter and exit the building via the main entrance.  Children must be signed out in order to leave. If you designate someone else to pick up your child, please submit the notification in writing in advance or call Super Smart in an emergency.

What is the atmosphere at Super Smart?

Super Smart seeks to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children. Our counselors and instructors have experience working with kids in a school setting. We have a zero tolerance for bullying of any kind. We mediate disputes between children their mutual satisfaction.

Will I be able to change my child’s schedule?

No. Once your child has registered and signed up for a class, it would be difficult to change the schedule. However, we will consider unusual circumstances.

Who are the counselors/instructors?

The counselors and instructors are typically college students and licensed teachers.
